If you are seeking support…

and you think counseling might be a good fit, I am receiving new clients for both virtual and in-person sessions. Counseling is not the only path of healing and transformation. In our work together we can explore numerous paths including creativity through the arts and body-mind practice. I consider these a part of the therapeutic process. But what we do in session depends on you and the skills and talents you bring to this path of healing together.

I am a fully licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and registered-dance/movement therapist (R-DMT). This means that I have a variety of skills and experiences to pull from that are not limited to talk therapy alone. My lifelong paths as a musician-songwriter, dedicated body-mind practitioner and ordained, Dharmcharya (teacher) heavily inform who I am, how I show up in sessions, and the work we do together towards change.

My combined experiences include over twenty-five years in healing and human services in non-profit community mental health agencies, clinics, and private practice. I was born and raised in the Seattle area, the occupied lands of the Coast Salish. I am queer and gender expansive, and second generation Indonesian/Minahasan of a multitude of heritages and cultural belongings.

I have passed the National Board of Certified Counselor's examination, and I am licensed in the state of Washington as an independent professional counselor, LMHC (#LH60993754) and am a trained counseling supervisor.

If you are interested in a counseling session, I hope that this introduction will be helpful for you in determining whether I would be a good fit as your counselor. Feel free to contact me for a free consultation. We can discuss more and I am happy to answer questions about how I might be able to help.
